Life-Threatening Bleeding in Children: A Prospective Observational Study
CONCLUSIONS: Patient characteristics and outcomes among children with life-threatening bleeding varied by cause of bleeding. Mortality was high, and death from hemorrhage in this population occurred rapidly.

Measuring Moral Distress Among Critical Care Clinicians: Validation and Psychometric Properties of the Italian Moral Distress Scale-Revised*
This article aims to explore the factorial structure of the Moral Distress Scale-Revised and develop a valid and reliable scale through factor analysis. Design: Validation study using a survey design. Setting: Eight medical-surgical ICUs in the north of Italy. Subjects: A total of 184 clinicians (64 physicians, 94 nurses, and 14 residents). ConclusionsThe Pediatric Basic Course helps residents strengthen their learning and identify areas to improve their knowledge. Both face-to-face and hybrid model versions of the course improved attendees ’ knowledge and perceived confidence in managing the critically ill child.

PROSAFE: a European endeavor to improve quality of critical care medicine in seven countries.
CONCLUSIONS: PROSAFE is a permanent, stable, open access, multilingual database for clinical benchmarking, ICU self-evaluation and research within and across countries, which offers a unique opportunity to improve the quality of critical care. International Survey on Determinants of Antibiotic Duration and Discontinuation in Pediatric Critically Ill Patients

Return to Work After Coronavirus Disease 2019 Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome and Intensive Care Admission: Prospective, Case Series at 6 Months From Hospital Discharge*
CONCLUSIONS: The majority of coronavirus disease 2019 survivors following ICU in our cohort had returned to work by 6 months of follow-up. However, most of them reported reduced work effectiveness. Prolonged sick leave and unemployment were common findings in those not returning.

Pressure Injuries Due to Personal Protective Equipment in COVID-19 Critical Care Units
CONCLUSIONS: Pressure injuries related to PPE represent an important adverse effect for nurses caring for patients with COVID-19.
